Today actually consisted a lot of realizing that I had so much coming up in about two weeks. I finally researched when my midterms for school were. I looked online at all of my syllabuses and I saw I have 3 finals coming up in the second week of October. All of these midterms are making me stressed for the next couple weeks to come. I know I can do all of the workloads, however, I just have to prepare for all the activities and things I will be doing the following weeks. I have to start reviewing and studying for my chemistry exam because that’s the first midterm I will be taking. I will then review for my last two midterms for statistics and linguistics.
These exams can be very stress full, but I feel that if you start preparing early enough and prioritize what is important in your life then you will succeed in whatever you are doing. That is why I’m going to start preparing for these exams today. I will be reviewing my notes from class and doing all the practice I can find online. To start reviewing I always review my lecture notes and then the slides for that class. Then the next best thing to do is start practicing problems or even creating flash cards.
What is most important in reviewing for an exam is to maintain a positive headspace. If you have negativity about the exams, then you are most likely to do badly on these exams. If you remain positive and hopeful then you will likely to place higher on the exam.
