Going to college it is important making a lot of connections and pushing yourself out there to try new things. I did that first year of college by joining Residential Hall Association and being apart of Akbayan.
My second year I want to feel even more involved on campus. I thought that by joining a sorority it would give me the opportunity to be a part of something larger on campus. So after a lot of consideration, I decided to join Kappa Delta. I am now Greek! It was a long decision process but I am happy with my decision. I wanted to make myself more out there and available to do things I enjoy like volunteering and being more social. I also feel that it will be a rewarding activity and something I will cherish in the future.
Being happy is what I strive to do as I continue my college journey. I feel that joining Kappa Delta I will be able to make my college experience better and continue to progress into happiness.
