Hello everyone! Today I will be talking about food and college. As a college student it is so hard to eat healthy and also watch what I consume. At times I feel like I will eat anything just because I’m starving in class or at work. However I am trying to eat healthy now, I am only eating the food I buy from Costco and Trader Joe’s. Buying actual groceries saves you so much money and is a way healthier option. Saving your coin in college is important in order to go to fun events with your friends. This simple way of making food for yourself at home rather then eating out can save a college student so much money plus it’s the healthier option!
I know everyone is super busy as a college student with going to work, juggling school, and other outside activities. A good way to remember to cook at home rather then eat out is to set healthy goals for yourself. You can do this by making something new you have never tried before or even making cooking a social activity by inviting your close friends over to make a home make meal. These easy steps can make you save money while eating healthier and being able to still hangout with friends. College is about remaining a healthy balance in all aspects of your life. Food being the fuel to your body and brain. It is important to eat healthy as it gives your body what it needs.
