Living a healthy life is important to live long and happy. A healthy life creates for a longer one. Many studies have shown that those who do not exercise, eat healthy, or simply go to the doctor. Have shown that they die at a faster and earlier rate then those who do all those things. Eating healthy and exercising is important to maintain and do throughout your life because it helps your body and mind remain active and alive. Living in a healthy way can also make you have more energy, be happy, and even feel good.
I am writing about this because living a healthy life starts now. I want to live as long as I can and feel good while doing it. Sometimes I have not been the most healthiest because of being lazy and not exercising or even eating out because I was to lazy to cook food at home. However what I did before does not matter because now I take actions to live a healthy lifestyle. Living healthy has not been the easiest thing because sometimes I do get lazy and I don’t want to put the extra step for my health because its so easy to fall back on negative behaviors. I try my best to do positive behaviors that will benefit me for the now and the future. So being healthy is important in order to live long and be happy.
