A lot of people always wonder how to stay alive longer. Well I’m here to give you my tips and advice to achieve this! Being a live for a longer time can be very beneficial as you get to out live many things. In order to extend your years to the their fullest potential there are many factors such nutrient, exercise, and community.
Nutrition I believe to be above all the most important when it comes to keeping your body fit, young, and able. What we eat and drink works like oil for machines. Too much oil and the machine becomes all greasy and in need of repairs, too little oil and the machine rust and breaks down. In the same manner the right foods oil our bodies in order to function and function for many years. Along with eating the right food comes exercise, we got to keep the machine rolling. Its recommend to do at least an hour of exercise each day in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Where we live and who we live without also impact our life expectancy. If we live in a nice environment where the sun is shining and have a loving home the chance of living a longer life increases, while if living in a stressful home and environment with bad air quality the chances of living longer actually decrease do to added pressure on our bodies and mental health. All of these factors contribute to allowing each generation the chance of living a long and happy life.
