Eating Right During Finals Week

Finals week is coming upon us. This is a hard time for college students to eat right or even getting enough sleep because of all the hard hours students put into studying for there finals. This hard work can destroy students sleeping schedule to even eating the right things for there bodies. All these factors can cause students to be distraught and malnutrition during one of the most critical times for college students to get there grades right.

To all my fellow college student readers please stay hydrated, eat all your nutrients, and study your butts off for all your finals. I am nervous going into finals week because for the most part I have all A’s except for chemistry because I hate sciences. I hope to do good in my finals as I depend on my final grades to raise my GPA. I have noticed that I as finals season starts I have been forgetting to eat at times because I forgot to take time on myself and eat a healthy meal. So please do not be like me and take care of yourself and be prepared for all the sleepless nights that are coming.
