Finals Week

The semester has finally come to an ending! Thank goodness, I have been so busy and stressed with all the materials and things I need to finish by the end of this week. School is very accomplishing but that does not mean it does not come with a toll on your health or mental well being. School can be very stressful and filled with trials, especially during finals week.

As a head into finals week, am I prepared? Nope. I have so much to do and finish by this week. All I can hope is to continue to feel motivated and encouraged to stay up and continue to keep moving. 

Keeping my well-being in mind I decided to take a break from fitness as I need more time during the day to study for all my exams. It is a little hard to take a break from fitness because it makes me feel better physically but I do need to take this time to make sure I am putting school first. Some good tips for studying for your college finals is not waiting until the last minute to do all your studying. Make sure to stay organized with all your learning as well as asking for assistance from ur professor or even fellow peers. By doing all these tips you can make it through finals week with some hope.
