Going on a Run

In San Jose, California the temperature has been dropping into a colder setting as we go into the winter time. The winter time in San Jose is very cold. My favorite location to work out and go on a run is outside rather than a treadmill because I always feel like I am going to fall on a treadmill. Living a healthy life is important to live long and happy. A healthy life creates for a longer one. Many studies have shown that those who do not exercise, eat healthy, or simply go to the doctor. Have shown that they die at a faster and earlier rate then those who do all those things. Eating healthy and exercising  is important to maintain and do throughout your life because it helps your body and mind remain active and alive. Hello everyone! Today I will be talking about food and college. As a college student it is so hard to eat healthy and also watch what I consume. At times I feel like I will eat anything just because I’m starving in class or at work. However I am trying to eat healthy now, I am only eating the food I buy from Costco and Trader Joe’s. Buying actual groceries saves you so much money and is a way healthier option. Saving your coin in college is important in order to go to fun events with your friends. Having a boyfriend it can be difficult at times to have a healthy social life. It can negatively impact your social life as you can start to only hangout with your boyfriend rather than friends. Even though we all love our significant others, it is always healthy to have space apart and to make friendships. Today was a fest, to say the least. My manager for work decided to celebrate our oldest members birthday today by taking us all out to eat and surprising my co-worker for his birthday. Leading up to this fest we planned where to go eat as a collective and our ride situation. Your Regular Day

Today actually consisted a lot of realizing that I had so much coming up in about two weeks. I finally researched when my midterms for school were. I looked online at all of my syllabuses and I saw I have 3 finals coming up in the second week of October. All of these midterms are making me stressed for the next couple weeks to come. I know I can do all of the workloads, however, I just have to prepare for all the activities and things I will be doing the following weeks. I have to start reviewing and studying for my chemistry exam because that’s the first midterm I will be taking. I will then review for my last two midterms for statistics and linguistics.

Lazy Day and Running

Today I woke up feeling energized and alive. I woke up feeling good and ready to own the world. I started my day off by eating a small breakfast consisting of Honey Bunches of Oats cereal and my lactose milk. I went on about my day getting ready to go to my Tuesday class at SJSU and then finishing my day early from work at 3:00 pm.  I had a lazy and easy day for the first time in a while. I was able to watch TV, cook for dinner, and even catch up on some of my lecture notes for my Chemistry class.
