Healthy eating is important to remain fit and have a healthy body and brain. Think of the human body as a temple. In this temple the food you eat is what fuels and make your body have energy. Eating good food that is healthy can make your body feel good and brain continue to be happy and healthy. Eating healthy does not mean that all the food will be nasty it just means that you can make delicious tasting food with the right ingredients, that are healthy. This combination of eating healthy and good will make your body so much healthier.
