Today I will be informing my viewers on how to make this delicious home cooked meal. I decided to make a home made meal because it is healthy and it is affordable especially because I had all the ingredients to make it. What you will need is rice, broccoli, salmon, garlic salt, black pepper, garlic, onion, and lemon. First to start making this delicious food you will need to wash your hands and make sure you have all these products. I first then started cooking the rice. In order to make the rice first I grabbed about a cup of rice put it in the rice cooker and made sure to wash the rice before it started cooking. Then I let that cook for about 15 minutes. After I began making the broccoli so I began grabbing however many pieces of broccoli I wanted to eat. Then I grabbed a pan, put some olive oil in it and began cooking the broccoli.  As I was cooking the broccoli I sprinkled on some black pepper and garlic salt all over it. I also added a half off lemon over the broccoli to make it even better. Then I put my salmon in the oven for about 20 minutes and I had everything ready. Then I sat down got everything on my plate and I began eating.

A healthy snack to eat at home is fruit. It is a healthy snack to go eat and it is very affordable. Buying your favorite fruits can make you feel happy and fresh. My go to favorite fruit is strawberries and watermelon. As a kid I would always love to eat these fruits as a snack. I would always ask my mom to go to the grocery store and buy me fruits to eat during the day. Having these healthy options made my body feel good and refreshed. Eating well and having a good healthy snack to eat is what makes you avoid those extra pounds. Instead of eating chips or any of those unhealthy snacks. Try eating a bowl of fruits and you will feel ten times better!
